By downloading, installing, or using the Melt Focus application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Limitless Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
Melt Focus is a productivity application designed to help users with focus and task management. The App allows you to offload your working memory by entering tasks, which the App then prioritizes and presents one at a time. The App includes a focus timer with a companion character and a reward system based on streaks for completing, partially completing, or starting focus sessions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Melt Focus offers subscription-based access to premium features. Details of available plans, pricing, and included features are presented within the App.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you enter into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.
You agree not to use the App to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

The App, including its design, features, bunny companion character, visual assets, code, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Limitless Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Melt Focus is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, including ADHD.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Limitless Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Cupertino, CA.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Limitless Labs LLC regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
